RS Bateman Ltd has been in the flooring trade for over 35 years - We provide a stair-nosing cutting and drilling service - please ask for Richard or Sam to help you decide on the correct materials to order - no order is too small !

Please check the following for answers to the most common questions:

We normally give the customer a collection or delivery date and time where possible.
If for any reason the customer does not take delivery by that time:
Your order is delivered by TNT UK Ltd and tracked. Please telephone (01274) 394904 and ask for Richard or Sam for an update.

Stair-Nosing UK - are happy to take telephone orders with email or faxed backup  Can I order by phone?
Yes you can, but we must have a written order faxing or emailing back to us before we proceed.
It is important to let us have your invoice address + contact name + contact telephone number + email address (also the same information for your site manager if your order is being delivered elsewhere)
We need the full order details - quality, finish, insert colour, drilled / undrilled or stickdown and accurate measurements for each stair nosing (numbering from step 1 at the top of the steps to number of bottom step).

Stair-Nosing UK - accept credit card and debit card payments  Can I pay by credit card?
Yes we can - most cards taken - please contact us by telephone (01274) 394904 and ask for Richard or Sam - They will then arrange to take your payment over the telephone using our on-site credit card machine - most credit and debit cards accepted (see below)

Sorry we do not accept American Express.

Stair-Nosing UK - accept customer cheques  I don't want to pay with a credit card over the telephone - can I pay by cheque?
Please contact us by e-mail or telephone (01274) 394904 and we will confirm taking your payment by cheque, but please be aware that we will have to allow your cheque to clear our bank before we can release the goods.
